Art Installation
A new Art Installation in the Ground Floor entrance uses light and sound to provide a moment of calm as you enter the building.
Cycle storage
27 Secure bike racks are accessed to the left of the main entrance through newly automated doors activated with your pass. Head on upstairs for showers and changing facilities.
First Floor
The first floor has the main guest and staff arrival point including the main reception and showcase area displaying models and exhibitions of our work. All external meeting spaces are also on this floor.
Meeting Rooms
Ten meeting rooms of different sizes with video conferencing facilities are located on first floor. Book a room through Outlook

Work Neighborhoods
Two work neighborhoods are located to the North of the first floor. These are for Argent use only and have a range of screen options.
Breakout Areas
A fantastic new coffee bar and breakout area has been built for informal meetings or just to take 5!
Showcase Space
This is where we will be promoting the outstanding work of Argent and Argent Related. Make sure you come and take a closer look at the models and the sustainability exhibition.
Showers & Changing
Male and Female changing rooms are located in the first floor core. There is also a unisex accessible shower room that can be used during peak times.

Second Floor
The second floor is where the majority of desk spaces are. As well as the main kitchen area, lounge and mindful booth. Partner rooms and HR are also located on this floor.
Work Neighbourhoods
The majority of desk spaces can be found on second floor. These are divided into one quiet Neighbourhood and one other
Breakout Areas
The main staff kitchen and breakout space, including roof terrace can be found at the South end of the second floor. Look out for events from Argent Balance including book club and Allan’s Bar!
Mindful Booth
This is a dedicated space for staff to take a timeout during the day to reset. Use the noise cancelling headphones to dial in to Dr Rock or the Headspace App. No business meetings or calls should happen in this space.
Partner Rooms
Need a rather large PO signed off? Got a contract to sign? The Partners and non-execs can generally be found in their new spaces on the second floor.
People team office
The new HR Office has been reconfigured and acoustics improved. Find Victoria and team in the Quiet Neighbourhood on second floor.
Quiet Neighbourhood
This area is for focussed working and colleagues are encouraged not to take calls or meetings in this area. There are XX desks in this area, XX of which have two monitors.
Stationary, print, post room
Here you will find 2x printers with follow-me print, shredder, guillotine, heat binder, pigeon holes for incoming post as well as all the usual stationery items.

What’s in there?
New innovative flexible furniture to encourage creative collaboration and breakout meetings. Interactive white boards and displays so that you can mark up and share during meetings. 110” projector screen for large presentations and events New quality curtains to divide the space into up to four smaller areas.
Why the new space?
This space is designed to provide a flexible environment that can adapt to accommodate the differing needs of our meetings and collaborative interaction. This can be used for large presentations either seated (70) or standing (180) or for smaller meetings and breakout sessions. The space is within our guest area and so should not be used for confidential meetings.

- Find Colleagues – view and search for colleagues and book a space in proximity nearby. Control visibility and privacy with opt-in.
